Download New Driver
Uninstall for Windows 98, 98SE or ME
Please connect the TravelScan scanner to your computer first, then follow the procedure for uninstalling your current driver on your system.

Right click mouse on My Computer --> Click properties --> Device Manager --> Click Mobile Scanner --> Click TravelScan Pro Scanner --> Remove.

Double click My Computer --> C:\window\Twain32 --> Delete Trvlusb folder

Back to C:\windows\System --> Delete Trvlusb.dll

Back to C:\window\INF\Other -->Delete Syscan IncTrvlUsb.inf

Disconnect TravelScan Pro from your system.
Note: If you can't find Inf folder under C:\window\, follow the procedure as below...
Open windows explorer, Select Tools --> Folder Option -->View --> Check Show hidden files and folders --> Uncheck Hide file extensions for know file type and Hide protected operating system files-->OK
Uninstall for Windows 2000
Please log in Widows 2000 in Administrator Mode. Or go to Start --> Setting --> Control Panel --> User and Password --> Double click your user name --> Click Group Membership --> Check other --> Select Administrator, and then follow the procedure for uninstalling Driver on your system.
- Right click mouse on My Computer --> Click properties--> Hardware-->Device Manager --> Click Mobile Scanner --> Click TravelScan Pro Scanner -->Uninstall.
- Double click My Computer -->C:\WINNT\Twain_32, delete TRVLUSB folder
- Back to C:\WINNT\system32, delete TrvlUsb.dll
- Back to C:\WINNT\inf, delete oem? . inf and oem? . pnf (Clicking oem1.inf/PNF, oem2.inf/PNF or oem3.inf/PNF, finding which one have Trvlusb. inf inside and then delete it.)
- Disconnect TravelScan Pro from your system.
Installation for Windows 98,98SE or ME
Make sure you have uninstalled the older drivers from your system.
- Insert your scanner CD in your CD-ROM drive, and then plug in the TravelScan Pro scanner to your computer.
- The " Found New Hardware" message box will be pop up, and then follow the "Found New Hardware Wizard" --> Click Next --> Check Search for suitable driver and click Next --> Check Specify a Location and click Next --> Click Browse and select CD-Rom and then click Open --> Click OK --> Next --> Finish.
Installation for Windows 2000
Please log in Widows 2000 in Administrator Mode. Or go to Start --> Setting --> Control Panel --> User and Password --> Double click your user name --> Click Group Membership --> Check other --> Select Administrator, and then follow the procedure for uninstalling Driver on your system.

Please log in Widows XP in Administrator Mode. Or go to Start --> Setting --> Control Panel --> User Accounts --> Double click your user name --> Click Group Membership --> Check other --> Select Administrator, and then follow the procedure for uninstalling Driver on your system.
- Make sure you have uninstalled the older drivers from your system.
- Insert your scanner CD in your CD-ROM drive, and then plug in the TravelScan Pro scanner to your computer.
- The " Found New Hardware" message box will be pop up, and then follow the "Found New Hardware Wizard" --> Click Next --> Check Search for suitable driver and click Next --> Check Specify a Location and click Next --> Click Browse and select CD-Rom and then click Open --> Click OK --> Next --> Finish.
